Cancellation & Return Policy

• Cancellations: Because all items are custom-printed on demand, production begins almost immediately after an order is placed. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final. Since each product is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, changing your mind, or ordering an incorrect size. Please carefully consult the size charts on our product pages before checking out.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a refund. Please contact our support team at info@maranathacraftstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph showing the issue.
